Can you 3D print this?

We offer a range of 3D printing services. If you have a file (called an STL of OBJ) then yes we can print it. If you don’t have a file then get in touch with us and we can help you with your design needs.

Can you 3D print from a picture?

No, we can’t use a photo of something to 3D print it. We do offer in house design services if you need a custom part or just a replacement for something you can’t find/buy.

How much to print this?

Prices consist of three factors. Time taken to print, Material used and Number of prints. We do have a minimum charge of $35 which ensures the time of the technician and setup of the machines are covered.

Why don’t you have an Auto-Quote Service?

Auto-quote software is not yet up to the our standards and requires a add on 10 - 20% buffer to cover costs. To get the best print quality for the best price sadly isn’t as simple as hitting a button. A lot goes into how parts are printed and the “buffer” we would have to apply to any instant quotes would only increase the cost to you. We would rather do the a few minutes work ourselves and know that we’re giving the best price and quality!

Can you supply/sign a non-disclosure Agreement?

Of course. All works undertaken are done in confidence but for peace of mind we do offer NDAs. Just get in touch and we can arrange one.

What is your turnaround time?

Once we have your file and payment has been secured your job will be added to our queue. The turn around from that will solely depend on how long the print takes and how many items are being printed. Operations change day to day, but if you need a part by a specific time or ASAP we can offer an expedited service for an additional fee of $50.

Do you do classes/tutorials/workshops?

Yes! We offer group classes in design, printing, printer operation and preventative maintenance. We can do this online or one-on-one. Get in touch with us to find out more.

Do you sell 3D printers/supplies?

No, however if you’re absolutely desperate for a part get in touch as we do have spare parts on hand for our own printers which may get you out of trouble.

Can you fix my printer?

We do not offer repair services but we do offer in house setup and printer training. For more complex repairs the people at That-3D-Store will be more than happy to help you!
